Background to your work
Provide a platform to develop new services and ventures. Find synergies between sectors and forge new partnerships. Take a design-centred approach to solving social problems.

· Provide bidding platforms and advise commissioners. Bring together small and medium sized organisations into consortia to bid for larger scale public sector contracts. Broker relationships between public sector bodies and provider organisations in their area. Identify strategic needs, cost benefits and otherwise bridge a cultural gap.
· Performance evaluation. Quantify the performance of projects and organisations in terms of growth and social impact enabling investors, commissioners and beneficiaries to compare ventures.
· Provide project management for new projects and back office functions for collaborative partnerships.
· Develop ventures that support the concept of co-production as a model for designing services that recognise people as assets, values work differently; promotes reciprocity; and builds social networks.
