Sector: design strategy

Background to your work: Worked for design company IDEO, lead their user research and design strategy team, but got disillusioned with 'yet more tech'. Now I work predominantly in the public sector, helping organisations or communities to design better outcomes for themselves, which occasionally means facilitating coproduction. I helped design the OpenDoor centre in Grimsby, a successful social enterprise and coproduction.
